The Council of Northern California Philatelic Societies (CNCPS) has been instrumental in the development and preservation of philatelic clubs, societies, and shows in Northern California since 1940. The CNCPS promotes Northern California Clubs and Societies through its dedicated officers, CNCPS trained judges, and the CNCPS Council Courier.
